Refund policy

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled before delivery.

All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Steps for a refund:

To return your item, inform us via email at support@litlux.de within 30 days of receiving the goods. Afterward, the items must be returned at your own expense to our International Returns Center: Elias Brettschneider, Am Kehrweg 38, 97725 Elfershausen.

Costs:

The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment.

Refund timing:

A refund will be processed within 14 days after the return arrives, reimbursed through the originally chosen payment method.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we'll promptly refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the offered, most economical standard delivery). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. You'll bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You're only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what's necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We only accept returns in flawless and unused condition.
